At Sweet Mini J’s Farm, the health, happiness, and long-term well-being of our donkeys always come first.
Miniature donkeys are highly social herd animals and generally thrive when they have another donkey companion. If you do not currently own another miniature donkey, we strongly prefer to place our donkeys in pairs. Many of our donkeys have developed close bonds with one another, and we believe maintaining those relationships whenever possible helps ensure a smoother transition and the best long-term outcome for the animals.

Miniature donkeys benefit greatly from living with another donkey companion. Benefits include:

Our foaling season typically begins in March and continues throughout the summer, and we will contact applicants as suitable foals and donkeys become available. Please remember that if you are contacted regarding an available donkey, you will have 48 hours to respond before we move on to the next applicant on our waiting list.
