Have you ever wanted to have something extra special for your event? We can arrange a donkey to arrive at your event. We have brought donkeys to nursing homes, weddings, Easter Church Services, Birthday Parties, etc. Have an Event in Mind? Reach out to us to see if we can accommodate your request!

Terms & Conditions / Waiver

  • I understand that having a live animal at my event involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:
    Animal behavior that may be unpredictable, including nipping, biting, kicking, stepping on feet, pushing, scratching, or other actions that could result in minor injury. Or if the event is indoors, there may be messes made from normal animal activity that is unavoidable, such as urinating and defecating

    I voluntarily assume all risks associated with booking Sweet Mini J's Farm and their animals for my event or activity.

  • I hereby release, waive, and discharge Sweet Mini J's Farm, its owners, employees, volunteers, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, damages, losses, liabilities, or injuries arising from or related to my event booking, including those resulting from interaction with animals, on the event property.

    I understand that Sweet Mini J's Farm is not responsible for personal injury, illness, property damage, loss, or theft occurring during my event.

  • I acknowledge that I am responsible for supervising any minor children at the event and ensuring they follow rules and staff instructions at all times during the event. I assume all risks on behalf of any minor children in my care during the event.

  • I agree to:

    • Follow all instructions provided by Sweet Mini J’s staff.

    • Treat all animals respectfully and humanely.

    • Not chase, tease, frighten, or mistreat any animal.

    • Keep children under direct supervision at all times. Running to or around the animals is prohibited.

    • Understand that any unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior may result in the immediate termination of the event without refund.

  • All event reservations are non-refundable once booked.

    By reserving an event, I understand that my payment secures a specific date and time that is no longer available to other people. No refunds will be issued for cancellations, no-shows, late arrivals, early departures, or changes in personal plans.

    Sweet Mini J’s Farm reserves the right to cancel the event visit due to weather conditions for the health and safety of our animals. If we decide to cancel the event due to weather related concerns, we will offer a 50% refund or rescheduled date.

  • Many events may take place outdoors and may proceed in light rain or normal weather conditions.

    For the safety of staff, and animals, Sweet Mini J's Farm reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or reschedule visits due to severe weather, including but not limited to thunderstorms, lightning, flooding, high winds, excessive heat, ice, snow, or other hazardous conditions. In such cases, the event organizer will be offered a rescheduled date or 50% refund.

  • Following your booking, Sweet Mini J's Farm will contact you via text message to inquire about the details needed for your event.

  • I grant Sweet Mini J's Farm permission to use photographs and videos taken during my event for promotional, advertising, website, and social media purposes unless I notify farm staff in writing before the start of my event.

By booking my event with Sweet Mini J’s Farm, I certify that I have read, understand, and voluntarily agree to the Terms & Conditions/ Waiver, Release of Liability, and Booking Policy. Upon scheduling I will be sent these term & conditions to sign.
